NOTES:
- Commission rate will totally depend on the final price realized or sales price.
- Davidbvintage, Inc. will list your items at your direction: either individually or in groups (ebay only). It is the consignor's call but please keep the commissions rates in consideration if the items are of lower value.
- If a minimum price is requested by consignor than the minimum must be reasonable. If item does not sell than a $7 fee will be charged per item.
- If reserve is requested by consignor than the reserve must be reasonable. If item does not sell than a $7 fee will be charged per item plus 1% of the requested reserve price.
- If in my opinion the minimum or reserve is not reasonable than I reserve the right to not list the item.
- Consignor cannot bid on an item which they consign to be auctioned.
- Please be assured I run my auctions 100% above board so please do not send any questionable material and if you do, disclosure is absolutely required.
- Davidbvintage, Inc. will pay all ebay and paypal fees.
